Delivery to Nairobi: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are delivered the following business day within Nairobi and its environs (Industrial Area, Westlands, Kilimani, Kasarani, Embakasi, and surrounding areas). Delivery fee of KES 2,500 applies for orders under KES 50,000. Free delivery on orders over KES 50,000.
Upcountry delivery: We deliver to Mombasa, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu, Thika, and 40+ other towns within 3–5 business days. Freight is quoted separately based on weight and destination. Call or WhatsApp us for a freight quote before ordering.
Crane offload: For bulk pallet orders (10+ bags), we recommend requesting crane offload. This can be added to your order for KES 1,500. Contact us before checkout.
Returns & Damaged Goods: Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace at no cost or issue a full refund. Opened bags cannot be returned. Collect returns are available within 7 days of delivery for unopened goods in original condition.
Payment: M-Pesa Paybill, bank transfer (LPO accepted for registered companies), Visa/Mastercard, and cash on delivery (Nairobi only, orders under KES 30,000).

Fast delivery, quality cement
Ordered 50 bags for my bungalow foundation in Kiambu. Delivery arrived the next morning, bags were dry and in good condition. Our fundis confirmed the mix was smooth and workable. Pricing was better than Kamiti Road merchants. Will reorder for the slab.
Good cement, minor bag damage on one pallet
Ordered 4 pallets for a road works contract. 3 pallets were perfect. One pallet had 3 bags with torn corners — looks like forklift damage in transit. Reported it to KingsBuild and they replaced the bags the next day without any argument. That response was impressive. Cement quality itself is excellent.
